On a planet that is over 70% water, we know more about deep space than about our oceans; yet we treat them as inexhaustible sources of food and bottomless waste dumps; with little thought of the future consequences of our actions. With a rapid decline in species and the destruction of habitats; I as a photographer, through my images hope to inspire, educate and create an awareness of the fragility of the ecosystems found within our world’s oceans.
